When the map is starting to load I see icons, but when load has been finished, they are disappeared:

Why you don't speak about java errors that I posted above?
The bowser's console (see attach.. Is's another PC: Windows 7 x64, Mozilla 33.0.3, Flash 18.0.0, Java 1.6.0_25) shows errors when I visit the map.
Whether these errors depends on my Nagios Server OS?

Java should not be the culprit here. Are you running Firefox 28? Do you have a newer version that you can test on? Yes, I've tried from Mozilla 34.0 right now. jdalrymple , thank you for your advice. I use Centos 5.11 and upgrade to 6.5 will not be easy. So one server I can peform fresh isntall, but its not easy.
