I am actually getting - Connection refused by host

I have installed the nogios linux client. From the monitoring server it give the error message Timeout while attempting connection. I have checked the linux firewall and actually tried to disable it with no luck. I opened 5666 and 5667. Is this the ports the nogios xi client listen on? what else can...
