This is another server which we are using core with version 3.0.6.

We are trying to upgrade it with latest core version

Team, We are trying to upgrade core from 3.x to 4.0.7. We are following steps given in nagios site.We could perform all steps without any issues but after upgtade we still see old version. We executed steps as root user.Only steps which we missed is below as we could not find them in older version. ...

Can we open an incident as it is effecting production environment

Yes only those 3 files are visible in that path.

We have environment of 5 servers which are installed with nagiosxi 2012 version 2.9. We are planning to move to latest version 2014. 1) Is it good to install from scratch on new servers and export all these dbs from old to new servers. 2) Is it good to upgrade current environment without any issues....
