Left Nav headers only expand with icon, not text

Went to submit this as a bug for 2014R2.3, but tracker only shows 2.0.

The problem is with the section headers in the left-nav tree (both in normal view and CCM). Before 2.3, if a section was collapsed, you could expand by clicking on the text OR the icon, now just the icon works, even though the text mouse-over appears to work.

Not sure if this is by design on not, but personally I'd like the text to continue to provide that expand function.

I know exactly what you're talking about, and I already had plans to put in a bug/feature request for this.
