check_nt: Could not parse arguments

Post by msmasotti »

Hello, I am from Chile so in advance sorry for my english. I am doing my "Thesis" about Nagios but I keep having a problem and I have short time to make it right.

I am installing Nagios Core on CentOS. I have it setup and running, I have also setup the NSClient ++ on a Windows machine.

From the Nagios console, I can see the Windows machine and it sees that it is UP. However when I click on it, all of the services say check_nt: Could not parse arguments., they also say Status: UNKNOWN

I am using the standard windows.cfg that installs, and I have edited to include the ip address of the windows machine. Also I am working on a local LAN with no internet connection I think it may be relevant.

Any help is appreciated, I've been knocking my head against a wall for a day trying to figure it out!

Thanks in advance

Could you send the configuration for the
1. check command you have specified
2. Object configuration with Argumnets for the service
3. The configuration for NSClient++ on your windows machine.

(obviously obfuscating any sensitive info)

Thanks!
