This integration already exist, but it would nice to manage the nagvis users throught NagiosXI.
Modifying Nagvis to use the auth file of NagiosXI (/usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/htpasswd.users) is possible, but then if it allow to log into Nagvis, then the users just have no rights on any map.
So what about managing those rights throught XI ?

Configuration:
Nagios XI 2012R1.0
manually installed on newly installed 32bits CentOS 5
with nothing extra, no gnome, no proxy, no SSL
Add-ons: Hypermap, Minemap, Ping Action, Traceroute Action, Network Replay, Graph Explorer, Latest Alert

Great idea, NagVis is a popular network and system visualization tool used by many organizations to enhance their Nagios installations.
