Good morning,
Is there any control panel in which to knowledgement the alert, go away?
Example,
The operator sees an alert, recognizes, and he disappears from nagios.
This is possible?
Thanks for your time,

Re: Acknowledgement
Go to the details page for the service that is failing. On the right side you should find a link titled "Acknowledge this problem". Click it.

Thanks for your reply abrist.
I want, if is possible, is that when you knowledgement the alert, disappears from my dashboard.
Right now, the functionality of nagios, when I knowledgement, appears a key next to the alert and a comment.
Thanks for your time.

Re: Acknowledgement
It depends what dashboard you are looking at.
If you are looking at "Open Service Problems", "Open Host Problems", "Operations Center", or "Operations Screen" they will disapear.
If you make a custom dashboard, you will want to be sure you add the dashlets from one of these pages, otherwise it will not filter them, and is giving you an overview of everything.
