Post by RDMaroto »

Good afternoon
In that file is checked the historical alerts?

I want two things:

I want to know from the day I have alerts.

And I want to know since that day I have of monitoring data.

Thanks for your time

You need to elaborate, not sure what you are talking about precisely. Are you looking for a report that shows you when alerts were triggered? I'd take a look at the Notifications list. You could also take a look at the Nagios log, you'd be able to get both of the metrics you are looking for, unless you deleted the archived logs that is.

Thanks for your reply slansing.

What is the history of nagios.log?.

Since when is there a monitoring information?

That value is modifiable, so I just paint the last 30 days.

Thanks

Generally, they are rotated daily to archives directory and renamed to something like

Code: Select all

 nagios-06-02-2014-00.log
and they stay there forever.
