Nagios High availablity

Hi Team,

How can we achieve nagios high availability. Can we have it cluster or can we mange using VIP's on Load balancer.

IS there any specific instructions to achieve nagios high availability in a single environment. Let us know the dependencies and steps to be followed to achieve this state.
