Add a Support Contact to License

This form allows you to add a contact to your Nagios account. Contacts with active support benefits receive access to one-on-one ticket based support as a part of the Nagios support and maintenance package.

In order to authorize the support contact, you must provide an account number, the last 6 digits of your product license, and a support forum username.

Already have a Support Forum Username?

Enter your Support Forum username, your account number, the last six characters of your license key, and then click Add Support Contact.

Don't have a Support Forum Username?

If you do not currently have a support forum username, simply enter a desired username and hit TAB. Fill out an e-mail address that you would like to associate the account with and receive support tickets updates. Then enter your account number, the last six characters of your license key, and then click Add Support Contact.
