Register and/or Add Support Contact to License

This form allows you to add a contact to your Nagios account. Contacts with active support benefits receive access to one-on-one ticket based support as a part of the Nagios support and maintenance package.

In order to authorize the support contact, you must provide an account number, the last 6 digits of your product license, and a support forum username.

Don’t have a Support Forum Username?

If you do not currently have a support forum username. All you need to do is type in the username you desire and hit enter. Then fill out the email address you would like associated with the username (support tickets get sent to this email address).

Already have a Support Forum Username?

Type in your Support Forum Username and account number then provide the last six characters of your license key and click Add Support Contact.
