Just following up on this. We've implemented NNA and have all remote locations sending their NetFlow data across site to site VPNs and have not noticed any increase in bandwidth usage. Our pipes are pretty beefy, but so far it's been all good!

Sorry, I realized that I never updated this! I never found a problem with the encrypted connection to AD, whenever I try SSL or TLS it won't let me connect. Other apps don't have this problem, so we're just not using it for now. I did end up fixing the AD connection issues by entering my root DN ins...
