Does adding a Nagios Core reduce the processing overhead on the XI server?

230 Hosts + 8000 Services requires quite a bit of CPU time and XI needed a massive amount of adjustment to get it to run in a stable manner

Just updated to 5.8.7 and found that the search is now case sensitive and this has really wrecked the workflow for service updates/rescans/adds/changes

Example:
Searching for CiscoAsa returns nothing, but CiscoASA returns all 7 firewalls

How can we get this bit fixed?
