When saying the systemd, I'm talking about it was placed into the /etc/systemd/system/multiuser.../nagios.service file. That I would think would be overridden/replaced on any future XI updates, etc?

I do agree that the %utilized isn't the best approach here but when we migrated the Windows servers into XI from What's Up Gold, the use of those general service check size templates made the task a bit easier.
