Re: Nagios ssh proxy apt check not working correctly
On the Ubuntu 14.04.5 box, I receive this upon login: 70 packages can be updated. 45 updates are security updates. What flag should I add to get the security updates to show up correctly? If I add the -c flag, I receive this: $ sudo /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_apt -U -c -t 20 APT CRITICAL: 59 pa...

Re: Nagios ssh proxy apt check not working correctly
Thank you for the info. Re: Nagios ssh proxy apt check not working correctly
I apologize for my slow response, I have been out of town attending a conference. Ubuntu 14.04.5 server apt check issue: I used 127.0.0.1 as an anonymized IP address. The real IP address outputs the same data. Here is what the OS tells me upon login: 70 packages can be updated. 45 updates are securi...

Re: check_by_ssh errors in web UI
These servers do not have a /var/log/secure file. The logs within /var/log/messages are only rsyslog service related messages.
I sent a PM to you as well.

Re: check_by_ssh errors in web UI
The -v is to create verbose output for troubleshooting this issue. I receive the same issue without the -v. Re: check_by_ssh errors in web UI
I am running the checks from a remote ssh pub key login from the nagios server. When I test the same check from the nagios server, I receive this: [nagios@nagios1 ~]$ /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_by_ssh -H 1xx.xx.xx.61 -t 60 -C "/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 10% -c 5% /" -E DI...
