Packet loss data in performance graph from check_icmp
Hi, We have our hosts set up with a slightly modified check-host-alive (which warns at 300 ms / 20% packet loss and goes critical at 500 ms / 50% packet loss) with check_interval = 5, retry_interval = 1, max_check_attempts = 2. $USER1$/check_icmp -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -w 300.0,20% -c 500.0,50% -p 5 When ...

Re: Restoring a 5.5.2 backup to a new OVA
Thanks, this helped. I will do a full validation of the server tomorrow - I did a quick check and looks like most of it is working properly - I had some issues with a lot of performance data backlogged from when the server was partially operable and it looks like new performance data may not be work...

Re: Restoring a 5.5.2 backup to a new OVA
So I touched installed.phpini and ran A-subcomponents on 5.5.2, but got this error, looks like a package is missing from the Nagios site? Re: Restoring a 5.5.2 backup to a new OVA
I'd prefer not to do a build of CentOS and use the OVA.
I found the 5.5.2 OVA and can deploy that, but I assume I am going to have the same issue with the restore - how would I get the system to allow me to run A-subcomponents after restore?

Restoring a 5.5.2 backup to a new OVA
Hi all, I have a development system running 5.5.2 that was upgraded from a 5.4.0 OVA deployment. During patching the system was broken beyond repair, and now I have the backup from the 5.5.2 system and am trying to restore it to a new 5.5.7 OVA (as previous OVA versions are not available for downloa...

Re: ndo2db queues filling and BPI checks timing out
As of this morning, we are still good on queue length as well as Nagios performance.
I have not re-enabled the Nagios BPI checks yet, will do so after the 5.5.5 upgrade.

To note, I also had this issue after getting the BPI definition clean

The fix in the thread of restarting services corrected the issue.
