No it's not only the memory one, sometimes it happens for all the services.

So as pointed by you I have commented out the cpu events. So as to check whether that is causing any issues. Also sometimes it shows passive check not found whereas if i can see in my riemann.log events are being generated but in nagios log they are not there.
