LDAPS, certificate not correctly added
Hi, When adding a new trusted certificate through nagiosxi/includes/components/ldap_ad_integration/manage.php on NagiosXI 5.6.12 the symlink created in /etc/openldap/cacerts doesn't use the hashed name of the certificate as mandated by man ldap.conf , in the section on TLS_CACERTDIR . This prevents ...

Re: SLA report doesn't respect custom date range
Thank you for looking into it. Is it possible to follow the progress of the bug or does task_id refer to a private bug tracker?

Re: Availability report shows large amount of Undetermined T
Our state history goes back two years. We were thus quite surprised when we noticed that the availability reports only accessed data from the last couple of days. We had assumed that they would be based on data found in the event history. We are primarily interested in generating reports on the last...

Re: SLA report doesn't respect custom date range
As explained in the other thread, it seem that we had gotten into a bad habit of discarding old logs  No wonder the reports from 1/3/2020 look odd! Let us instead focus on reports based on more recent data, which is still available. I have attached an image of two SLA reports, generated with t...

Re: Availability report shows large amount of Undetermined T
I have sent you a PM with nagios.log, the contents of the archives-directory, as well as (parts of) availability reports covering April. The archives-directory contains logs from the last 14 days, is this expected? Still, the availability reports don't appear to read data older than the 6th. Does it...

SLA report doesn't respect custom date range
Hi, While investigating our issue with availability reports described in this topic I noticed something strange with SLA reports. I want to create a SLA report for a custom period. I choose a start and end date (say, 01/03/2020 00:00:00 and 01/03/2020 04:00:00) and I get a report which states that m...

Availability report shows large amount of Undetermined Time
Hi, Today I tried to generate an availability report, but the numbers presented seemed off (100 % percent uptime? I know that's not the case). Also, some of the reports seemed to be highly sensitive to the the "First Assumed Service State" option - e.g. going from 100 % "Ok" to 1...

LDAPS, This certificate has already been added
Hi, I am currently in the process of moving our NagiosXI-installation (5.6.5 on CentOS 7 64-bit, manual install). We have two domain controllers running LDAPS, each with their own self-signed certificate. Thus I wanted to instruct XI to trust both of these certificates. The first certificate was add...

Nagios how to configure properly
Hi,
I have a little trouble understanding the logic of a nagios configuration.
We have passive hosts configured and services with notifications enabled.
However. When a host goes offline nothing happens. The services are just fine with a last check of a few days ago. Why?

Re: SMTP debugging
Hello
We found that the issue was a line missing in the phpmailer/class.smtp.php due to an typing error in the file.
We also resolved the debugging issue by editing the class.phpmailer.php instead of the class.smtp.php.
Thank you for the assistance and this issue can be closed.
