Solved.. I compiled nsca 2.7 version on new host... applied and everything works

actually my question is - how many lines like underneath are acceptable? : or another words - when this process created? nagios 21146 0.1 0.0 205708 2660 ? Ssl 15:50 0:09 /usr/sbin/nagios -d /etc/nagios/nagios.cfg because periodically I have 5-9 such lines in ps output, after a few second - just one
