Unable to Select a Service When Creating a Service Escalation
I'm trying to create a Service Escalation, but I'm unable to proceed because the Services field is required. When I click Add Service, the selection box appears empty and doesn't display any available services to choose from. Since this field is mandatory, I can't complete the Service Escalation set...
