And permissions are correct. All files and folders for hosts are owned by nagios and files are generated for another host correctly. But now for one host no.

I have Nagios Core 3. I wanted to create some graph from the begening so I deleted simply .xml and .rrd files from /var/lib/pnp4nagios/perfdata/hostname/. And now even despite restarts of Nagios and Pnp4nagios newones .XML and .rrd aren't created . What mistake I've done ?
