Upgrading to 2.0.6 seems to have fixed the problem.

Unable to Create Mail Templates, Template List Blank
Fresh install of Log Server 2.0.5 on Ubuntu 16.04.5, fully patched. All system services seem to be running fine, email alerts work just fine, but always use the generic template. On attempt to add a new template, the dialog appears, and I get a success message on save, but nothing in the list. Now w...
