Re: Performance Graph Bandwidth Differs From Network-Analyze
Thank you for that first bit! As far as the user rights go, when you set someone as an admin, all those check boxes disappear as if the Admin automatically rates all of the privileges. In the case I am talking about, I am talking about the other Admins. They do not have the ability to see the full n...

Performance Graph Bandwidth Differs From Network-Analyzer
If you look at the image below you will see the data measured in the left column differs from each other. The top is XI showing the peak measure meant around 150-190mb whereas in the analyzer its showing 9gb. What is going on here? How can I make them match? Are they not suppose to match because the...

Ideas for monitoring in NagiosXI without logging into domain
We have a strict policy here for not having any machines logged in without a user right there with it. We want to display Nagios up on a large monitor near our DC so it can be seen by the whole department, but we need to be able to do so with out logging in to the local domain. I know NagiosXI has a...

Re: Common Error I find with Many Plugins - Desperate to sol
Update:
I changed the token to a one that doesnt have special characters in it and it seems fine. Is this a sensitive matter in Nagios plugins because various languages require special character to be escaped?

Common Error I find with Many Plugins - Desperate to solve..
So far, Nagios XI has been a stellar project. After working for a very large billion dollar corp working in their DC, using many different custom monitoring tools, Nagios has really shined in my eyes. However, I do run into a lot of bumps, but fortunately, there is usually a solution. This particula...

Re: Problems Configuring Switch Monitoring with Switch Wizar
Turns out the AES config was the problem. We configured down to AES128 and it worked! Thank you!

Re: Problems Configuring Switch Monitoring with Switch Wizar
Ok so i updated and was very happy to see the new changes. However, I got the same error. I just realized too that we configured for AES256 and it seems the wizard maxes at AES128. I am going to reconfigure this on the switches, but do you think that is what could be holding it up? Please let me kno...
