anyway, let me share the information again. I clicked the send the report at 2020-04-21 15:17:34. However got the email at Tue 04/21/2020 4:02 PM. Meanwhile there were a lot of connection retry, as can be seen in attached log. I do not see any message other than "Connection timed out" ques...

I am not able to open either PDF or JPG. I have attached the email for your reference.(please change the extension from .txt to .msg)
