I am also having this same issue. It is frustrating that there is so little documentation for this product. I know this is built upon nagios core but there are many differences.

I performed the recommended steps, and was able to add and remove several hosts correctly this time. I would really like to thank you for working on getting this resolved. I am sure it is appreciated by everyone here. Thanks again!

I upgraded to version 2009R1.1D and am still having the same issues as before. I have tried this several times and from what I can tell, the NagiosQL portion of the app does not remove the hosts or services from the database if they were added using the config wizard.
