Can you check the CCM, it may be that the contact's template is generic-contact instead of xi_contact_generic. Yes, it *is* "generic-contact". Shall I change it in the Misc Settings to "xi_contact_generic"? It worked: Got my first "***** Nagios XI Alert *****" by SMTP....
