Thread can be closed. I was able to resolve the issue by correcting the config files.

Attaching the commands.cfg and templates.cfg files as well.

We modified the nsclient.ini and ran the command in the shell and that started. The command in the config file was already the same. The issue is still there.

Issue resolved. Duplicate commands across two config files. Also postfix config needed to be commented out where only the relay was in use.
