Nagios XI Workstation Error

Hello:

I'm having issues getting the workstation services to be seen by Nagios. I've disabled all firewalls and I've even done a net localgroup administrators "NT Authority\interactive" /add and that still doesn't work.

I've attached the error.

Hello: I've looked through some of the errors but in the knowledgebase and nothing seems to resolve the problem. The error is attached. That worked!! Thank you very much lmiltchev!! How should I properly delete a user? I just went into CCM and contacts and removed it from there and that caused all the issue. If there is a different way to accomplish this without creating errors, I would definitely follow that. Also, what is the diff...
