I ran this command and it generated a small file .sql. This file has 4kb size.
I am thinking that is it correct?

Hi @providentpolska Now I'm wondering if you couldn't periodically snapshot the mysql database with mysqldump. Keep the last known good backup sitting around, and when it goes wonky take another snapshot of it and compare the two. It might help phone support figure out what's happening to your data...

Unfortunately no. After perform truncate table nagios and run script repiar_databases.sh, problem is solve for a next 3 months.. but finally it is not except solving this case.

Yes, the scheduled backups work normally for a period of time and then start failing. After that, we repaired database and it works correctly for some time.
