Passive check "TRAP" service alert only when manually poll

Hi Guys, I am using Nagios CORE version 4.4.5 My service is "TRAP" When switch is sending TRAP but doesnt displays it on GUI console, I need manually do the 'reschedule check' then only it appears on the GUI console. whenever I manually do the reschedule check then only alert is displayed ...
