you're right again, but the result is the same, also adding the -t parameter

hi @scottwilkerson, thanks for your kind and quick reply you're right, snmpwalk to apInfo seems to be a wrong OID apInfo: Unknown Object Identifier (Sub-id not found: (top) -> apInfo) but then I just can't understand how it works, Alcatel says it doesn't provide support for Nagios and to ask you how...

hi @scottwilkerson finally i found the relation in the mib structure by asking to the vendor. based on snmpwalk log file previously attached, how can i relate a vlan, a network interface, and all the devixes connected with theyr ip?

mmm .. maybe my previous post was not so clear, sorry using snmpwalk -v 2c -On -c MyPrivate xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx > snmpwalk.log i get a list of over 4800 OIDs, but i dont understand the hierarchy if y run ./check_snmp -H xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -C MyPrivate -o .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.1.4.0 i can get this result SNMP OK ...
