I still continue having same issues even after upgrading to Firefox-3.6.2pre on Ubuntu. I even enabled cookies explicitly.
It may be related to some other changes in your environment.

Could you specify what version of Firefox did you upgrade to?

I specifically enabled cookies for the nagiosxi site in Firefox 3.5.7 even then the behavior of displaying the same login page didn't change.

Are there any logs files which could help troubleshoot these kinds of issues?

When I login to nagiosxi, it redirects back to same login page without any red/green error messages. The URL upon logging in says
"http://linuxmon.bloomberg.com/nagiosxi/ ... dex.php%3f"

I have tested it on IE 6.0 and Firefox 3.0.12.

Thank you for the quick script. After logging in, it still shows the same login page. Does that mean my nagiosxi installation was not successful? Where are the log files located for nagiosxi?

The nagios core functionality is running normally.
