Re: Unable to remove hosts/services
I was unable to execute /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reset_config_perms, but /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reset_config_perms.sh executed fine. Here is the output: [root@sea-moncon01 scripts]# ./reset_config_perms -bash: ./reset_config_perms: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or dir...

Re: Unable to remove hosts/services
Ok, go ahead and email it to us. We'll take a look at it. If we're not able to identify the issue by the output, would you be open to a remote web session? We'd need root shell access via putty or ssh, as well as nagiosadmin access to both NagiosXI and the CCM. I have sent a response to my ticket, ...

Re: Unable to remove hosts/services
Try this: ./reconfigure_nagios.sh | tee myoutput.txt Then just copy and paste the contents of the text file into a set of 'code' tags. I tried to make a post as per your instructions and received the error 'Your message contains 63157 characters. The maximum number of allowed characters is 60000.'....

I am unable to attach the output of the script. I have tried multiole different extensions, but the site tells me they are not allowed. What file types can I attach? Everything is still behaving in the same way, still no hosts/services showing up in the core config manager. Here is the very last of ...

Re: Unable to remove hosts/services
Also, did you happen to get the reply we sent around 2:10pm cst today? If not we'll have to double check our mail config. I did see your response, and sent you a response as well. I posted this thread as I was unsure of how your support works, and thought another user might chime in here. As I stat...

Unable to remove hosts/services
I am in the process of migrating from an existing nagios community setup, to nagiosxi. When I initially imported my existing config files, they were grouped in such a way that made managing them through the web interface unbearable. To fix this issue, I reformatted my existing configs and wanted to ...
