We are getting two different results. When we execute a script manually, we are getting expected result where as in UI(Nagios core) is getting different result. Can you please help me on this?

Hi,

There is one passive check configured in nagios, it is consistently flapping but when investigated there is no evidence of the issue.

Please let us know how to troubleshoot this issue.

We are facing one issue of socket timeout, (Service check timed out after 60.01 seconds) .

I checked in service description it is using -t 60 , so what could be the solution of this?

Hi ,

We have configured one service check called "Event Monitoring" ,this service check is in critical state from the last 5 days but we have received only one alert but we want to keep throwing an alerts until it goes in OK state.

Can someone help me to fix this.
