I don't know if this is related, but every command I am giving currently like force an immediate check seems to end in following message:
"Your request was not processed in a timely manner. It may still execute, as the server may be temporarily busy."

We found an issue with permissions on an Apache-directory which scv831 fixed, this solved the issue. He has now unfortunately changed job and will not be working for us anymore, @sct740 is his replacement!

Yes, exactly. This number 4512345678 is an example of a phone-number, and the objective is to check if many messages ('Dispatched to SMSC') are sent to this phone-number within a time-frame. Phone-numbers can be many and no real list exist per se.

Is that achievable?
