we are using nagios xi 5.7.5 version installed on RHEL6. As RHEL6 is EOL so we need to upgrade it to RHEL7 or 8. So please can you let us know that Can we install Nagios xi 5.7.5 on RHEL 7 or 8

While adding switch to NagiosXI Ports are missing for switch
When I am adding switch to Nagios XI through network Switch/ router wizard I am getting ports but some of ports are missing for that switch. As in Screenshot attached 46th port is not there.
So please can you suggest what can be the problem.

No the remote machine that I want to monitor is a windows machine and also I am able to ping to remote machine. yes we are using VPN and Firewall is also present Outputs for the commands : Commands executed on Nagios XI server: env |grep -i http executed successfully but no variables shown ping -c 5 <INSERT IP of NCPA HOST> output is ping statistics --- 5 packets transmitted, 5 received, 0% packet loss, time ...
