Rezized Nagios instance and now flooded with warnings

Hello. The EC2 instance that our Nagios server was running on was under powered. So I shut down the Nagios service, shut down the AWS instance. Changed the size from m3.xlarge to m4.2xlarge. Turned machine back on. Nagios restarted automatically but now shows tons of warnings on Services (Unhandled)...
