Hi,
After upgrade we found that only users with a contact name are authorized to acknloedge alerts.
In a change log, we don't see this new feature

Hi, I have the Nagios XI in version 5.8.6 with gearmand and ndo2db. The application is very slow (> 5 min) to acknowledge or downtime and the status of the services / hosts have the same behavior.
