Thank you for the reply. I added a new certificate without the password. I was able to update to 5.10 then to the latest release.

@jsimon Thank you for the response. When we configured NagiosXI with an SSL certificate, this is the SSL Pass Phrase that I have to input after the server is rebooted. I have to go into CentOS (release 7.9.2009) and run service httpd restart, then I’m prompted for the Certificate SSL pass Phrase. Ot...

5.9 to 5.10 ssl pass phrase now not working
I can revert to my snapshot of 5.9 and run service httpd restart, I'll get prompted for SSL pass phrase and type in the one we use. After updating to 5.10 I try the same SSL pass phrase and it doesn't work. Trying to update NagiosXI to latest release.
