It seems to run for 10 secs and I get the CRITICAL TIMEOUT warning. Which timeout value do I need to change? I thought it would be service_check_timeout which has been set to 60 seconds. Nagios is reporting the wrong disk space uage:
DISK CRITICAL - free space: /home 1561 MB (3% inode=99%)

When I checked the system I get the following

• 24% disk space used
  1% inodes used

It does stop after a while. This seems to happen occasionally.

Disabling updates seems to solve the problem

Nagios fails when I do a systemctl restart nagios. I have to reboot it to get it to work again. Here's the log.
