Mystery solved and I'm not proud. I had set the nxlog service to manual months ago and then forgot that I had done that and one of my co-workers rebooted the server.

WMI Changes
We have 6 Windows Server 2012R2 hosts that we monitor with XI and WMI. We’re planning to upgrade to Server 2022 and I’ve heard that there are some changes I’m going to need to make to continue using WMI. Can anybody share their experience with this kind of upgrade?

I’d like to use one of my 3 XI licenses for failover/disaster recovery. Is it just a matter of rsyncing specific files as a cron job? Is there a list somewhere of what files I would need to copy?

Nagios XI monitoring Windows hosts… is there any way to check average CPU utilization over a specified time period?
