When my root partition gets full, which it does frequently, are there files that are safe to delete?

Is there any documentation on migrating my XI installation from Vmware to a physical machine?

I’ve read that nrpe is deprecated and XI users should use ncpa instead. Does this mean nrpe is going to stop working at some point or just that there will be no further development of nrpe? Will bugs continue to be fixed when they’re found?
