Is it possible to make it so Warning alerts go to one set of contacts, and if it Critical have it send the alerts to another contact? I installed Nagios Core couple weeks ago on CentOS8 using this document and had no issue.

5.11.1 was released yesterday, maybe try 5.11.1 to see if you're experiencing the same problem.

NagiosXI free trial is up to 7 nodes or 100 checks, whichever you use up first.
