I have another command that is doing the same thing (but on a different server) ./check_http -t 50 -H <hostaddress_here> -u <url_here> -s <string_info_here> It does take 31seconds to render the OK via Terminal but in the GUI it just returns the command and no information. run 3 Does the GUI have it...

The closest one I could locate in our list of included wizards is the eSensors Websensor wizard. Additionally, I discovered several temperature monitoring plugins on Nagios Exchange.

All data that is not specific to the hosts is placed into one or more templates that I design. Then, have a script generate the template, hostname, and address into separate host.

I set up a template or several that hold data unrelated to hosts. Then, have a script generate host.cfg files with the predefined template, hostname, and address.

The problem is that doing so would divert the focus of all notifications. I'd like to customize the subject line for certain server alerts.

The arguments were probably wrong, but as it's a script, you can always make it print more information.
