Hi Jiffy_Huang,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately I am unable to replicate the issue. Before we can further assist you, could you provide the following information? Which XI version you currently have installed and which distro it is installed on?
Thanks

Hi Nuggel1234, I am not sure how your machine was set up but you can also try running the following commands to see if python is detected. python --version which python or python3 --version which python3 If it looks like it is installed you can always check your path environment variables...see link

Re: Manage other user dashboard
Hi vtcedu,
"Keep Synced" means to sync each user's dashboard with your dashboard. Meaning when you change your dashboard, your user's dashboard should reflect the same changes you made on your dashboard. Hope this helps!

Re: which link is required to tograde to 2024R1
Hey steph,
Give this a try...
It should be the same as xi-latest.tar.gz but just incase that link isn't working properly.
If you're still getting the same error please let us know.
Thanks!

Re: CPU Average in Windows
Hi xiguy99,
You can use the windows-ssh wizard to monitor volume, memory, cpu usage, and etc. I recommend starting there.
Thanks!
