Strange thing when I logon, it's like it is flickering, unable to type in till I hit stop a few times.

Hi, We setup a dashlet to monitor memory and CPU usage on a critical server. We want this to be close to real time as possible because in a 30 second window we could be missing stuff in the logs for a spike or something (for example). Could you set almost real time on a server or what is the shortes...
