We have migrated our machines from centos to linux 8 version. And after this the Nagios has been upgrade to 4.4.14 version. In which it keeps reporting about the check_mysql_health plugin error. Also I could see no issue in nagios.log but something failing on Apache/ httpd process. Is there any troubleshooting steps for that ?

We are using 4.9.9 version php and httpd config alone different from what have been deployed. As mentioned earlier the config or plugin is maintained in git repo where the config works fine in Centos OS but not in Oracle linux 8. My config are owned by puppet module and issue in after the linux os migration on same ip address the php is not formatting the link as shared in screenshot
