On one of the problem servers, open `services.msc` (Run -\> `services.msc`). Find the "NSClientpp" service. Right-click -\> `Properties` -\> `Logon` tab. Is it running as the `Local System Account`? Or a specific user account? - If `Local System`: This account usually has broad permissions...
