We are also looking to expand the functionality of the Graph dashlet to support multiple hosts in the future. Thank you for reaching out and please let...

Re: Your version of XI is too old 5.11.3
Hi, It looks like the machine this version of XI is currently on is no longer supported due to being EOL. Here's a document on migrating to a newer OS version that may be of help. https://library.nagios.com/support-tips/best-practice-upgrade-migrate-with-xi/ If this seems incorrect, please let us kn...

Re: Upgraded to 2024R2, Dashlets Still Broken
Hi,
I went ahead and created an internal issue for both the BBMap and dashlet scaling in general which will be reviewed by our development team. Thank you for the feedback and please let us know if you have any further questions or feedback.

Re: Nagios XI dashboards and views look misaligned or not fitting properly after upgraded to 2026R1.0.1
Hi Eshwar, I can confirm that the behavior you are observing is the intended behavior for Legacy Dashboards in Nagios XI version 2026R1.0.1. Up to date documentation on the new behavior of existing dashboards can be found here: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagiosxi/docs/Understanding-and-Usin...

Re: Nagios XI dashboards and views look misaligned or not fitting properly after upgraded to 2026R1.0.1
Hi Eshwar, As of Nagios XI 2024R1.3.4, dashboards, now known as Legacy Dashboards, have recieved many changes regarding dashlet scaling and alignment. Adjusting dashlet scale is now done by clicking and dragging from the bottom right corner of a dashlet, and we've added an 'Arrange Dashlets' feature...

Re: Nagios Graphing Issue
Hi @jkimmel, It is correct that Nagios XI leverages tools besides PNP4Nagios for graphing. Highcharts is primarily used for graphing rrd performance data on most pages, and Recharts is used for graphing on Smart Dashboards. Documentation for using Highcharts with Nagios XI can be found here: https:/...

Re: 2026R1 upgrade; performance graph font size too small
Hi @jrice02 As of 2026R1.0.1, the color for the critical status has been adjusted for better readability. I'd also like to confirm that we have solved the issue regarding the font size of the legends on performance graphs, and the font size has been adjusted back to its intended value. This fix will...
