We had the same behavior. Support had me run some maint scripts but they didn't really do anything.
We run RHEL8 in AWS and ended up having to up our instance type to get performance back.

More rrdtool issues upgrading from 1.5 to 1.6.1
Upgrade to current version is failing due to rrdtool issues. Any light that can be shed on this? Re: Upgrade from 2026R1.2 to 2026R1.3 errors
Well that would explain it. I had installed python3-devel to get past my initial errors. After doing some research based on the find command you asked me to run, I found the 3.12 headers were missing and were not installed with my previous command. I had to install python3.12-devel and it started pr...

Re: Upgrade from 2026R1.2 to 2026R1.3 errors
Thank you. Yes we are running RHEL8. I guess my question is why is this an issue now when it never has been, at least in the past year? What was added to the installer that requires these additional python3 configs? I primarily run 3.12 but had to keep 3.9 for PagerDuty pdagent as it wasn't compatib...

Upgrade from 2026R1.2 to 2026R1.3 errors
I've run upgrades using manual method (Update via GUI has never worked) for almost a year now. No issues with it until this upgrade. Any assistance or direction would be appreciated. My server runs multiple versions of python3 (3.9 and 3.12 primarily) and there was an issue with pip that I finally g...

Re: Azure SSO Admins Cannot Schedule Downtime
so I had one user try and schedule downtime that does not end up ever showing up in the scheduler page. Found this error that popped in the ssl_error log as soon as she hit the "schedule downtime" button [Thu Mar 05 08:07:32.477958 2026] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 5642:tid 140648812365568] [c...

Re: Azure SSO Admins Cannot Schedule Downtime
Not quite, We could not add admin users via SSO prior to the 1.2 update due to an issue in the SSO implementation ( I have a previous thread on here that outlines that) so these are new SSO accounts that have been added after we upgraded to 1.2 and none of them (6 out 6) can schedule downtime. They ...

Azure SSO Admins Cannot Schedule Downtime
Installed the new 1.2 update today and was able to successfully add all users under SSO. One thing that was observed prior to the 1.2 update from those accounts that could be added via SSO, none of them can schedule downtime for any hosts/services. AD and local accounts are able to perform scheduled...

Re: Getting flooded with email notifications with Service and State $
Hello clangbecker , I think I might have a lead on the cause for this. In between these emails with just '$', are you still getting emails with regular values? What may be happening is that macros are being passed through invalid on strange occasions, which is triggering an email to be sent since i...
