Hi matson-itops , Thanks for reaching out. After doing a bit of research, I would definitely contact PagerDuty. Python 2 was EOL in 2020, so they should have a modern solution by now. After a few discussions with the "robot", it provided these suggestions, which may or may not be useful. ...
